Updates…

One of the tomato plants has its first two blooms... it's hard to believe that we could have our first tomatoes in the next couple of weeks.  And the lettuce is growing like crazy.

  1. Well, I’m happy for you. The blooms from my flowers go their heads knocked off in my section of the block! You may need that food in your garden to sustain your family. Or is all the talk of hoarding and rationing just “talk?” These are scary times. My grandparents got through the Great Depression because they lived on farms and were able to grow their own food. Most of us don’t have this option.
    Sorry to get on my soapbox–but it is scary. Wonderful that you are able to grow your veggies!!! Salad is on its way!
