Music
Music is a huge part of our family life.
Michael has played keyboard and piano from a young age, and currently plays piano, keyboard, and pipe organ. He's also dabbled in guitar, bass guitar, and violin.
The boys have started to pick up on the piano and guitar as well.
Michael is a music director and a member of the liturgy committee at Holy Family Catholic Church in Granite City. He directs the contemporary ensemble, a 30-strong ensemble of voices and instruments, and the youth choir. In addition, he is a frequent wedding musician and occasional funeral musician.
He also actively composes new music for use in liturgy and in praise & worship experiences. As he makes more information on his new compositions available, it will be posted here.
